Valerie Forgues had never planned to be a vigneron, but she found herself one day with the land in Touraine and had the choice to file for bankrupcy and move her children from the home they grew up in, or stay and figure out how to make magic happen. She chose the latter. This organic blend of 70% Pineau d'Aunis, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Gamay is chillable, fresh and delicious.
