When Jeff Fischer was 10 years old his passion for wine started by choosing wine from a list for the grown-ups. When he first decided to venture into winemaking he started off making the wine for friends and family. In 2007 was when he officially launched his own wines.

Dos Minas Malbec

The Dos Minas Malbec is 100% Malbec from 15-year-old vines in Finca Rio Seco vineyards of Cafayate, Argentina near Salta in northern Argentina.  The grapes were harvested by hand  and then fermented in stainless steel. The aging for the wine takes place partially in stainless steel and partially in neutral oak.
