Dos Minas Malbec

The Dos Minas Malbec is 100% Malbec from 15-year-old vines in Finca Rio Seco vineyards of Cafayate, Argentina near Salta in northern Argentina.  The grapes were harvested by hand  and then fermented in stainless steel. The aging for the wine takes place partially in stainless steel and partially in neutral oak.

From Western Cape, South Africa comes sustainably farmed Cabernet Sauvignon that is fermented in concrete and aged in French oak for 9 months. The final blend is 60% oak matured and 40% from concrete.

Winemaker Ray Kaufman left California years ago for his Argentinian wine odyssey, and his Malbec is full of lush dark fruit, but with an added complexity of spice and minerality.

Bichi El Prince

From the dry-farmed No Sapiens Vineyard which is comprised of a mysterious melange of varieties that still remains mostly unidentified. Some think it is Dolcetto, with Lambrusco, & Cariñena interplanted within the vineyard located close to the Pacific Ocean at 1,066 ft above sea level on sandy loam and granite soils in Ensenada, Baja California. Fermented in concrete and aged for 3 months in steel vats and older oak barrels, bottled unfiltered & unfined.
