Les Equilibristes is a project from friends Francois and Florent. One a wine merchant, the other a winegrower in Bergerac - they make partnerships with different wineries around France and no so subtly push them further down the natural wine spectrum. This is organic Picpoul from their friends in Montagnac. Bottled early to retain a little bouncy CO2. One of the most interesting takes on Picpoul on the planet.
