La Salada Roig Boig Tranquil

Fresh, bright, light-bodied blend 25% Cannonau, 25% Mandó, 15% Mònica, 15% Turbat, 10% Sumoll, 10% Xarel·lo. The grapes are left to macerate for a few hours and gently pressed & fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aded in tank for 4 months and is bottled without added sulphur.
