for my all my bird lovers the natural wine project at Alta Alella is called Celler de les Aus (Cellar of the Birds) because of it's proximity to the Serralada de Marina Natural Park and all the amazing bird species that inhabit the vineyards. 

a pest to most winemakers, Alta Alella is the opposite, they're a bird sanctuary as much as they are a winery.
