Orlaigh Wines is a partnership between Patrick Dorsey (former Wine Director for the Michelin-starred Hatfield’s) and Shiri Nagar (former Pastry Chef for Nancy Silverton’s Mozza and Chi Spacca restaurants), two longtime restaurant professionals, focused on crafting low intervention wines from conscientiously-farmed (organic, sustainable, and/or Biodynamic).

This sucker is an organically farmed, 100% Picpoul from the San Pasqual AVA in SoCal. Fun, fresh, minerally - perfect for fish dinner or a kick back under the setting sun.
