Wavy Wines is a project that started in Los Angeles. The grapes are grown all over California.

To put it simply, this is a local wine.

Pinot Gris / Chardonnay

Two mothers/neighbors Claudine and Michelle (her husband Eddie makes the Mersel wines - the cool liter bottles with the heavy metal looking labels with rams on them).

Stick it in the fridge let it cool down to around 10 degrees celsius, pop it open and drink! Drink it with smokey red meats, grilled vegetables that are rich in herbs. Or with some light snacks like cheeses, black olives, garlic, charcuterie and cold cuts

This is the second generation family now running this farm. In addition to wine they also raise their own livestock, grains, produce and wild insecto colonies including bees! The pride of the farm is their herd of Angus cattle that are featured on their labels.

Biodynamic skin-contact blend from Austria. Citrusy, light, slightly effervescent, lively. The most drinkable. The skin contact wine that gets everyone addicted to skin contact wine!

The grapes are Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Khikhvi and Kisi

Comes from the country of Georgia (specifically Kakheti)

A perfect introduction to Georgian Skin Contact wine

Unfiltered Saperavi from Kakheti in Georgia. Fermented in qvevri (large-clay jars buried underneath the ground) as is the tradition in the region. Brambly fruits, a touch of black pepper and earthiness - a young fresh Georgian qvevri red with finesse.

Skin contact from Georgia. Apricot, peach, jasmine, grippy, dry, versatile.
