Zajc Cviček Slovenian Red Blend is considered the “national wine” of Slovenia, as it has tremendous historical significance. It is known as the “people’s” wine due to its easy consumption, low alcohol, and food-friendly pairings. Playful, with berry and cherry aromas and taste, the wine is light-bodied, young, fresh, and easy to drink – which is why we put it in a liter bottle for you!

Three friends came together to make this wine. They are fun, love to party and their wines are exactly that as well.

This winery is operated by three brothers in La Mancha. A co-ferment of biodynamic gapes. Chillable, cranberry, bright, fresh! Vegan!

Mostly Tempranillo, followed by a blend of red and white grapes!

There is something slightly absurd about a wine of this elegance and class being put into a cheap screw-top liter bottle and then essentially given away. Every Schreiner virtue is there: silky texture, bright and crunchy berry flavour shot through with an iron tone, and a stubbornly long finish.
