Sommariva Prosecco

For several generations the Sommariva family has worked the vines on the high plains of the Veneto, growing a mix of French and local varietals. They also began cultivating the Prosecco grapeonce known as Prosecco and now known as Glera. This Prosecco is bright, crisp, brut and is the perfect candidate for making mimosas.

The OG'st of Champagne's in the store. J. Lassalle was established in 1942 and in 1982 when he passed, the estate was left to his wife Olga and daughter Chantal. Chantal's daughter Angeline Templier joined in 2006 as the winemaker.

Bisson Sparkling Glera

Bone dry sparkler from Prosecco but declassified to avoid the antiquated ridgid laws of the region.  Really tight minerality - jasmine, pears, and sexy bubbles.

Lambert de Seyssel Petit Royal

From the local grapes Molette and Altesse, this Alpine bubbly is produced in the méthode traditionnelle and aged for two years on the lees. White flowers, dried fruit, wildflower honey, and a toasty, yeasty note give this a delightful aromatic richness and complexity.
