Entre Vinyes Oniric Pet Nat Rosé

100% Garnacha

Catalunya > Spain

A dry and grippy Pet Nat from Penedes, with crunchy red fruit and a refreshing acidity. Versatile and fun, this one's ideal for a gathering outdoors. Give it a gentle inversion to dissolve the sediment like a cloudy apple juice.

Bisson Sparkling Glera

Bone dry sparkler from Prosecco but declassified to avoid the antiquated ridgid laws of the region.  Really tight minerality - jasmine, pears, and sexy bubbles.

Lambert de Seyssel Petit Royal

From the local grapes Molette and Altesse, this Alpine bubbly is produced in the méthode traditionnelle and aged for two years on the lees. White flowers, dried fruit, wildflower honey, and a toasty, yeasty note give this a delightful aromatic richness and complexity.
