Fizz the Season

For several generations the Sommariva family has worked the vines on the high plains of the Veneto, growing a mix of French and local varietals. They also began cultivating the Prosecco grapeonce known as Prosecco and now known as Glera. This Prosecco is bright, crisp, brut and is the perfect candidate for making mimosas.

A blend of Xarel-lo and Muscat, one aged in stainless steel and the other in amphora pots, mixed together and then topped with a bottle cap. Bright and citrus flavors and light easy bubbles coat your mouth with a beautiful dry finish.
