Organically farmed, native yeast fermented, 15 days of skin contact, 24 months in neutral french oak. The pink/grey skins of Pinot Grigio give this wine a reddish hue, along with savory minerality, herbs, lanolin, persimmon, and medium acidity. A dry, non-funky orange wine of complexity and contemplation.
