Árbol de Fuego is the first wine in the independent project of Silvana Pijoan, second generation of Vinos Pijoan, a family winery that was born in 2002. 

Organic co-ferment of Zinfandel, Grenache, & Colombard. Zero/Zero wine.

Grapefruit, watermelon, nectarine and mandarin. Light and easy to drink wine, ideal as an aperitif and as an uncomplicated hangout drink.
