Nicolas Vauthier was among the first to really promote natural wines in France. He started a bar Aux Crieurs de Vin in the center of Troyes, which has run for more than 10 years. He sources organic grapes mainly from Burgundy, but occasionally Beaujolais as well.

This Pinot Noir, sourced from Irancy, Burgundy, is bright, fresh, natural, chillable and a little bit funky for all you natural wine lovers.
