Tissot Ouillé Savagnin

Biodynamically farmed Savagnin (or Traminer as is the original local name for the variety) - from one of the mount rushmore producers of the Jura. Only one barrel made. Super limited. Aged for 2 years and topped up (aka not an oxidative Jura white wine).
