This delicious Dolcetto is all about freshness, fragrance and purity. It hails from a steep hillside in the commune of Treiso, in the heart of Barbaresco producing some of the best Dolcettos in the world. The Nada family farms their six hectare holding entirely by hand. All the fruit for the Dolcetto comes from the Marcarini parcel, in the middle of the hill. Raised entirely in steel to preserve freshness. Aromas and flavors of rose petal, cherry and plum with subtle earthy spice. It is one to enjoy on its own or with light dishes, cured meats and cheeses
