Maria Pato created "Duckman" in part for her love of the region and in part to break free from the contraints often put in the region that typically makes more traditional wines.

Hazy citrus sun shower, crunchy, fresh, quenching, mineral, green fruits, organic and natural.

A pet-nat made of 100% native Portuguese variety Fernão Pires from Bairrada.  Native yeast fermented in stainless steel with no temperature control, aged on its lees for one year, bottled unfiltered with no additional sulfur.
