Isastegi is an old family estate located in the town of Tolosa in the Basque Country of Spain, where cider has been produced since at least the 17th century. This Sidra is a blend of over a dozen native varietals fermented in huge old oak barrels called "kupelas", and canned fresh and without filtration. 6% abv.
