Florez HQ is retrofitted inside an old apple storage building in Corralitos - historically a large apple producing region. So after a bunch of tiny prods to make a cider, James Jelks decided to partner with Tanuki Cider to collab on this grape and apple sparkler. 30% Merlot and 70% Newton Pippin apples from the Santa Cruz Mountains.
