Weingut Emmerich Knoll is a first ballot Mount Rushmore of wineries in Austria and specifically the Wachau. This bone-dry Riesling is from a 700+ old vineyard (documents go as far back as 1317, so easily can be older). Great now, but certainly something you could throw down in the cellar and try decades from now.
