Constantina Sotelo Aquelarre Albarino Pet-Nat

Constantina Sotelo took over her family vineyards in 1985. Her winery is located in Castrelo a place which is thought of as the birthplace of Albariño and some of her vines are over 200 years old!

Constantina decided on the withcy label because the rest of the winemakers in Galicia see her as heretic with her biodynamic farming, zero sulfur, and her miniscule 2 hectare farm/coven. The wine is called Aquelarre - a basque celebration of witches.

This pet-nat has creamy bubbles, backed up with fresh citrus, minerality, and tingly acidity. Elegant but super natural.
