Broc Aqua Vino Sparkling Valdiguie Wine Spritzer

Valdigue skins macerated in water from the Sierra snowmelt in the Mokelumne River watershed, then blended with some red juice, and then fermented to a fun fizz. Great piquette style wine with just 9% alcohol to keep the good times going longer into the night.
